Day Thirteen

Ok, after two days of complete slacking I finally made it back to the gym.

Today's Workout:
50 Minutes on Eliptical
Arms:
-double hammer
-chest press
-bench press
-tricep extensions
Abs:
-situps
-ab roller
-side bends

It's nearly been two weeks and no change in sight. I'm going to have to up the ante.
