Day Nine

I read an article on shape.com, it was a workout plan to get ready for bikini season. The goal for the first month of the plan is to spend 100 minutes a week doing cardio. I've already done 80 minutes this week, so I guess I'm just going to go above and beyond this particular article. That's the best way to get results. Tonight the workout has to be at the gym. It's a little stormy today.

Today's Workout:
30 Minutes on Eliptical
Arms
- 3 x 10 alternate hammer
- 3 x 10 tricep extensions
- 3 x 10 chest press
Legs
- Squats and Lunges (everyone's favorite!)
Abs
6 sets of 16 plus 4 - crunchies
4 x 15 on ab roller
