Day Thirty-Eight

Today I went straight to the gym after work. I got there just after 6:30 and the place was packed! The only piece of cardio equipment that was available was the bike. I haven't used the bike in a long time. I don't really feel that I get a real cardio workout on the bike because there is no upper body movement. But it was a good workout for my legs.

Today's Workout:
45 minutes on the bike
100 crunches

Hey, I have been totally slacking and I haven't even been checking my blog so I didn't see your cold cocktail until today. Luckily, my cold is all better but if I get another one I will definately be giving it a try. I missed a whole week of working out because of my cold also, it totally sucks but I am determined to get back to work extra hard when I get home from California :) Glad you are feeling better too!
