I've lost track of the days. Which is too bad, but everday counts.
Today's Workout:
3x20 Walking Lunges
3x20 Walking Squats
3x20 Walking Side Lunges
2 mile run on the treadmill
150 crunches
30 push-ups
Stretching
All of that in one hour. I've started using my office gym during my lunch break. It breaks up the day really well!
