Day Forty-One

Today I went to the gym during my lunch break. Last week when I would show up around 6:30 after work the place was just packed, and we all know if I go home after work I just can't make myself leave again to back. So I'm trying something new, I'm going at lunch for an hour and then working a little bit later at night, and if I'm up for it around 7 I'll try going back for an hour.

Today's Workout:
45 Minutes Eliptical
3/15 Chest Press
3x15 Tricep Extensions
3x15 Hamstring curls w/ 15lb weights

I decided to check in at the scale, I guess I was in a good mood or something. But I'm pretty stoked because I've lost 10 pounds!!
